Shipping rates are for the continental US only. Please contact us at hello@jacksdaughters.com if you would like to arrange for shipping outside the US.
We make every effort to ship orders within 7 business days (We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays). Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. Jack’s Daughters is not responsible for service transit times due to inclement weather or peak delivery times. All orders are shipped USPS.
Returns & Exchanges
A full refund may be obtained for any unopened and unused items in their original packaging that are returned within 14 business days of purchase if the customer has changed their mind. Store credit may be obtained for any product that is unopened, unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Your refund or store credit will be issued after the item(s) are received in our facility and inspected. No refunds, exchanges or store credit may be obtained after 30 days of purchase. We cannot provide refunds, store credits or exchanges for damaged or used items. To begin a return or exchange visit our Return Form.
Damages
If your item(s) arrive damaged, you will be issued a replacement or offered store credit. All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of an item. Please inspect your items immediately for damages and contact us for a return label and a replacement order. Shipping damages must be recorded with photos of the condition of the box in order to file a USPS claim. To begin a damage claim please email hello@jacksdaughters.com.
