FAQ’s

How do you burn your incense?

To burn the incense, light the tip of the cone with a match or lighter. Allow the flame to burn for several seconds to establish an ember before blowing out. Set on a heat safe surface, such as one of our burning dishes, and let the scent permeate your room and mood. Cones burn for approx. 30 minutes but scent will linger for hours.

How do I get the most burn time out of my candle?

Each time you burn your candle it is important to let the wax melt all the way to the sides of the glass jar. The first time may take several hours to burn all the way to the edges, after that it will melt faster. If you extinguish the candle before the wax has melted all the way to the edge, you will create a “tunnel” in the wax and it will not melt evenly past this point, wasting much of the burn time.

Should I trim the wick of my candle?

We recommend keeping the wick trimmed. Especially after burning, the wick can “bloom” and become enlarged, creating a bigger flame than necessary while burning. Trim before lighting and discard the trimmings, do not leave in wax.
